Due to incorrect size
-Any returns or refunds due to incorrect size must be made within 14 days of receipt of items. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and contain all original tags. Customer will pay shipping back to Boutique. All attempts to replace the item with the corrects size will be made. If the correct size cannot be obtained by the boutique a full refund of original purchase price will be issued. This is the only time the Boutique will pay for return Shipping.
-Defective items will be replaced at no cost to the customer as long as the boutique is contacted within 14 days of receipt. If the correct size is o longer available a full refund will be issued to the customer after proof of defect.
All Other reasons:
-Customer must contact Boutique within 14 days of receipt of items. Items may be returned unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Boutique credit will be issued for these returns.
**Shipping Cost to return is the responsibility of the buyer**
Receipt of items indicates: tracking number stating delivered status, or notice of porch pick-up availability
